We are the Shopping Queens..
Hi! I’m back! Back to the blogging world. Needless to say, it has been monthsss since my last post. Have been busy with work and am so sick of facing the pc for the whole day in the office that I refused to have anything much to do with my pc at home, except to check my mails. 
Anyway, I’m determined to stop this work, sleep, work sleep routine!
Just been to Taiwan with Kel, Qin and SL for a holiday. We went to Hualian and Taipei. We were very disciplined in Hualian and spent all our time sight-seeing (so many mountains, rivers and waterfalls ~ which look the same after awhile..). Our guide took us to this "Shui Lian Dong" (Sun Wukong’s house in Taiwan?) which was really fun. We had to wear raincoats and walked through the dark and wet cave which had water gushing down from the top of the mountains. It’s pretty exciting because at certain points, the cave was completely pitched black and we had to walk along a small pavement.
We spent a total 4 full days in Taipei and 85% of the time was spent on shopping! Qin and Kel prepared a very impressive itinery (with lotsa sight-seeing!) but we ended up changing the sight-seeing trips to shopping trips! We spent a record 7hrs straight shopping at Wu Fen Pu in a day.. and only had our dinner at 10 plus when our hands are full of shopping bags! (TIP: I’ve come to the conclusion that shopping is the best way to slim down!!!) Well, at least mine and Qin’s are full.. And guess what? We went back to Wu Fen Pu to shop on the 2nd day! We also continued our shopping at Jiu Fen (Yes, jiufen!!), Ximending and Shilin night market (Actually by the time we were there on the 3rd day, I’m pretty broke already! :D).
All in all, it has been a very fun though tiring trip. So gals, when’s our next trip??
